The At Home Total Body Workout
Hey, lovelies! I understand that not everyone has the time to train 5-6 days a week. And that’s why full body workouts are so great. You’ll be able to train your whole body 3-4 times a week with enough rest in between sessions.
It’s all about shocking your body to prevent weight loss and gains plateaus. So, maybe if you have been training a 5-day split, try to change it up by doing full body workouts for a few weeks.
Full body workouts are just so convenient. And you can feel that satisfying burn throughout your whole body… or maybe I’m just sick.
Exercise not only helps us mold our bodies into what we want to see but also prevents diseases and keeps us healthy. Working out on a regular basis will strengthen your body and mind. So stick with a program for a few weeks to give it a chance.
