What I Keep In My Purse

I’m a curious person by nature, so I love reading “what’s in my bag” posts. I wanted to share with you some of the items that are at the bottom of my bag. Besides, you can learn a lot about a woman from the contents of her purse. My purse may sound like a travel bag, but I just like to be prepared. Purses were invented for a reason and I take full advantage. I hope you enjoy the post and it gives you a little more insight about who I am.

Body Spray-

I don’t wear a lot of heavy scents, but I do like to carry some smell good with me. You never know what you might be doing. I keep a body spray from Victoria’s Secret in my bag.

No matter what time of the year, the sun is always bright. I like to keep a pair or two of shades with me. At least one will match my outfit!

Sometimes I find myself waiting while I’m getting my oil changed or sitting in the dentist’s lobby. I don’t want to disturb anyone with my music, so I throw my headphones in my purse. The only time I use them is when I’m out and about anyway.

This might sound strange, but I have an obsession with cleaning my ears.

Lipstick & Liner-

I have pretty small lips, so I like to throw my lipstick and liner in my purse. If I’m eating or drinking, I’ll definitely need to touch up my lips.

Dental Floss-

Some restaurants don’t have toothpicks and I prefer floss anyway. I can’t stand food stuck in between my teeth as much as I hate wax in my ear.

I sweat like a man, so I keep deodorant in my purse. I’m not really a morning person, so this comes in handy for road trips. This is a great idea for people who are in the car a lot all day.

You never know when your hands can get dry. Since the colder months are getting closer, I keep a full bottle of hand lotion with me just in case. There’s nothing more unattractive than dry hands.

Hand sanitizer-

I’m not a germ o phobic, but I try to be conscious of what other people touch. I drive my roommate’s car a lot, so I like to sanitize my hands after I handle the steering wheel.

I keep my driver’s license, debit cards, credit cards, health insurance card and player’s cards in my wallet. I never take my wallet out of purse unless I’m using one of my cards.

My makeup tends to wear off during the day. So, if I know I’m going to be away from home, I at least bring my foundation, concealer, and lipstick.
